This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Oxaacab Service Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "Oxaa"), governing your use of:
Oxaa Cab Customer App – for passengers booking rides.
Oxaa Cab Driver App – for registered drivers providing ride services.
By installing, accessing, or using any of the Oxaa Cab apps, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Oxaacab is a digital ridesharing platform that connects passengers and drivers via mobile applications. It facilitates ride booking, driver assignment, fare calculations, in-app navigation, payments, and support services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Oxaa Cab app on a device you own or control, subject to this Agreement.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Use the app only for lawful and intended purposes.
Drivers must meet additional requirements as per local regulations and Oxaa's internal policies.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your account credentials confidential.
Not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Obey all traffic laws and local regulations (for drivers).
Not use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
If you are a registered Oxaa Cab driver:
You must hold a valid driver’s license and vehicle permit.
You are responsible for your own vehicle insurance and compliance.
You act as an independent contractor, not an employee of Oxaa.
Riders may book rides via the Customer App and receive fare estimates.
Final fares are calculated based on distance, time, and dynamic pricing.
Payments can be made via cash, wallet, UPI, or integrated gateways.
Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
All rights, title, and interest in the Oxaa apps, content, trademarks, and features are owned by Oxaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes location data, contact info, ride history, and payment details. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Oxaa reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account for violation of terms.
Take legal action against fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Delete your data upon request, as per our data retention policy.
We do not guarantee ride availability or continuous service.
Drivers are independent third parties; we are not liable for their actions.
Use of the app is at your own risk. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxaacab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Our app may integrate with third-party services (e.g., maps, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or policies.
We may update this Agreement and our app from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
